RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at parsruggallery.co.uk. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please review the following terms regarding returns and exchanges.
ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this window will unfortunately not be eligible.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- It must include original tags (if applicable), packaging, and proof of purchase.
- Custom-made items and final sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is shipped back to us safely and on time.
- The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back for either a return or exchange, unless we made an error in fulfilling your order.
- Failure to return the item within the required timeframe and in acceptable condition will result in the request being void, and the company will not be liable for unreturned goods.
RETURN PROCESS
- Request a Return: Log in to your customer dashboard on parsruggallery.co.uk and initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your item. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible.
- Receive Return Label: Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. You must use this label to return the item.
- Pack & Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is unused, undamaged, and packed securely in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Please review and follow our Packing Guidelines carefully. If items are not packaged according to our instructions, the shipping company may charge additional handling or damage fees — any such charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
- Ship the Item: Use the provided return label to send the item to Unit 021, Basement Floor, Solent Business Centre, 343 Millbrook Rd W, Southampton SO15 0HW
- Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the item in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Request an Exchange: Log in to your customer dashboard on parsruggallery.co.uk and submit an exchange request within 3 days of receiving your item.
- Choose Your Exchange Item: During the request, select the item you would like to receive in exchange (subject to availability).
- Receive Return Label: Once your exchange is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. You must use this label to return the original item.
- Pack & Prepare the Original Item: Ensure the item is unused, undamaged, and securely packed in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Processing the Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our conditions, we will ship the replacement item to you.
- Price Differences:
- If the replacement item is less expensive, the difference will be credited to your account or refund it directly to your bank account.
- If the replacement item is more expensive, you will have to pay the difference via checkout
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We recommend taking photos of the item and packaging before shipping it back.
- You will be notified via email once your return or exchange is processed.
- Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.
